Catering excellence begins with an outstanding chef and staff.  It’s all about experience, creativity and enthusiasm.

To watch Ms. Bib carefully and busily choreographing the preparation and presentation of catered cuisine is to witness a calm, confident professional at work.  Perhaps it comes with a lifetime of catering experience. 

Ms. Bib a certified red seal chef with classical French culinary training apprenticed under master chef Daniel Dunas at the highly respected Hazelton cafĂ© in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood. She then moved on to numerous postings and partnerships in other catering companies before settling in on her own boutique catering company in 1985. Her natural talent for cuisine and her comprehension of complimentary food pairings brings the diner fabulous cuisine without pretense. 

Chris’ careful attention to detail, strong sense of design and presentation, and willingness to spend important time getting to know the personality and needs of her clients are hallmarks of her approach to catering.  She’s often easy to recognize…she’s the woman peering deep into a hot oven.

Of course you may have the pleasure of meeting other Christine Bib Catering folks while planning and executing your event.  Christine’s staff consists of a core group of experienced, full time catering professionals- from a kitchen of chefs, to a seasoned crew of thoughtful hand picked wait staff, to helpful, efficient event coordinators.
